Freedom of Truth news 5/11/24
You could hear a pin drop..
So far there has been mainly silence from all the Councils and Councillors with regard the information forwarded to them by us on two fronts, 1st being the continuation of the use of Fluoride after the US federal court decision finding it as a neurotoxin and potentially causing brain damage to children.
We did get one written response from the BVSC CEO Anthony McMahon who basically tried to excise the councillors responsibility to the NSW department of health and NHMRC as overarching bodies for their considerations.
We did go back to the councillors to remind them that it was them as elected representatives who made the decision to fluoridate the drinking water and asked for them to provide, not many but just one scientist or doctor who would put their name to a document declaring fluoridation safe at the levels being added or offering an acceptance on our behalf if they would stump up a security bond of $250k per annum, to help cover any potential harms they may be found to be occurring as a result of this potential poisoning ...But nothing only silence...
And then the issue of the identified vaccine DNA contamination which we sent 7 councils and all councillors within our sphere the full gamut of information that they would also have received from the Port Hedland Shire council close on a fortnight ago. This info was revealing the extremely high levels of DNA contamination found in both Pfizer & Moderna Covid 19 vaccine vials...very concerning and damning stuff and still each day more substantiated evidence is coming to the fore of this contamination, but unfortunately, disappointingly and sadly but not unexpected from a compromised organisation like our TGA (94% pharma industry funded) they claim these studies are false information, with little or petty, irrelevant substantiation, but evidence clearly show they are not...the TGA have been found to have not undertaken up to date methodology in their analysis, the evidence is huge and undeniable...
And now we have many leaders—across local councils, health agencies, fire departments, police forces, and at all levels of government—seem to share a misconception: that relying on advice or endorsements from authorities like the TGA or others provides a full shield from litigation or negligence charges, particularly concerning breaches of Duty of Care. But this is a dangerous miscalculation. When evidence mounts against the reliability of these “authorities,” reliance on their advice does not merely fall short—it becomes a legal liability.
For local councils specifically, the implications of relying on the TGA’s endorsements regarding public health, especially where new evidence has exposed their inaccuracies, are profound.
We now know that the TGA’s statement from October 18, 2024, dismissing DNA contamination concerns in mRNA vaccines was misleading. The investigative report by Rebekah Barnett and her colleagues has laid bare the discrepancies, showing that contamination risks were more significant than the TGA disclosed. Now, if councils claim “The TGA assured us it was safe” as their defence, it rings hollow.
What is the cost of this misplaced trust? For local councils and their councillors, an unthinking reliance on such assurances from a central agency is not only ethically questionable but legally unsound. When facts emerge that cast doubt on the TGA’s or NSW health departments accuracy, councils can no longer assert that they acted “reasonably” by relying on TGA statements or advice from these bodies. And this extends far beyond councils—how can any agency, leader, or governing body absolve itself by saying, “We were simply following TGA guidance”?
The duty to safeguard public health doesn’t end with a single source of information. It demands critical assessment, independent verification, and the courage to act in the public’s best interest—even when that means questioning the reliability of a respected authority. When new evidence shows that the TGA’s assurances were wrong, the responsibility shifts. Leaders can no longer hide behind outdated, inaccurate information; they must actively work to mitigate potential harms.
What about state and federal politicians and bureaucrats? Elected by the public to serve and protect, they, too, are answerable when they rely on unverified authority statements that ultimately prove untrue. The integrity of government hinges on transparency and accountability. Can they, in good conscience, fall back on “official” but now-disproven assurances to justify inaction, particularly when lives and health are at risk?
At the heart of this issue is a fundamental question: when does “following official information” become wilful negligence? The evidence exposing the TGA’s misstatements is not hidden; it’s in the public eye. Every leader who continues to cling to TGA guidance, despite mounting proof of its inaccuracies, places themselves in a legally precarious and morally questionable position. Their Duty of Care extends to mitigating potential risks, not waiting for further damage to occur.
Serving documents to Doctors and Pharmacists
We think it is important to also get this information specifically the DNA contamination info to all doctors and others who are still offering up these injections in our region, so I would love to hear from anyone who is willing to participate in serving these documents please let me know.
Mis n Dis is back, never really went anywhere
So it looks like they are planning to railroad the ridiculous Mis/Dis-functional bill through the House of Representatives over the next few days and then through the senate in a few weeks, apparently there has been up to 150k submissions received by the consultative committee but they have only uploaded about 100 onto the portal.. One of our wonder wordsmiths Bruce George has again put pen to paper with his views on what really should be done, perhaps they can foreshadow a late motion to replace what’s being proposed with something as logical as this...
Freedom from Dis-Information Act
The Governments MAD Act has received 150,000 submissions .
After a plethora of lies and propaganda over the Covid pseudo pandemic, the Government is now trying to push a rock uphill, and if the Greens in the Senate cave in and support the bill the rock will roll right down again and pummel them into the dirt.
What is needed is a Freedom from Government Disinformation Act so that citizens can have a legal mechanism to force the Government to reveal all the details on any issue.
For example, when the Government issued a flyer claiming that, “we are not safe until we are all safe” invoking the Disinformation Act would enable a citizen to force the Government to give a full explanation of the science, if any, behind such a claim.
Of course there was no science behind such a claim because it simply is not true.
Neither was there any science behind the claim by Dr Peter Daszak of Allied Health Alliance of the USA which funded the Wuhan Institute to do “Gain of function” research after it was banned in the USA, that Covid was of Zoonotic or natural origin, urging the public to follow “the science” while there was no science on the matter to follow.
Subsequent investigations showed that the opposite was more likely the case as the Covid 19 genome contained a genetically engineered sequence that does not occur in natural bat viruses - the Furin Cleavage site. A sequence that made the virus much more infectious to humans as compared with 20 other animals according to work by Australian scientist Dr Nikolai Petroski of Flinders University.
Yes Dr Daszak, there was some science but it did not support your claim.
A Freedom from Disinformation Bill would force the Government to admit that there was no science behind this claim. If it didn’t know if there was science behind the claim, the bill, once invoked by a citizen, would force them to find out. Yes, we need to keep up the pressure to stop the Government’s MAD bill but also to initiate a Misinformation Protection Bill similar to the Freedom of Information Bill, but with more teeth. This proposed erosion of freedom of speech is a dire threat to democracy itself, because it is nothing short of censorship.
Censorship is the weapon used by all dictators against the people. During Covid, with it’s fake lockdowns, our rights to free speech, freedom of movement and freedom of association were trashed on the basis of an orchestrated media campaign promoting the idea of a pandemic with little to no real evidence to support it.
Our trust in public institutions was flagrantly abused and many have paid dearly as a result of this abuse. We must never, ever let this happen again.
Let us start to plan the biggest march on Parliament House ever seen in Australian history to end the carnage caused by the jab..
