OMG what a thought ..to trust your government.. Oh how hard that has become and how hard they make it for us to do so... Over the past few weeks we’ve been pushing really hard writing submissions and lobbying MP and Senators about the draconian Mis/Disinformation bill that generated somewhere I would estimate perhaps 300k submissions, many, many petitions and squillions of phone calls made and low and behold a whiff of success, yes!

We have won that battle as the bill is dead in the water and has been withdrawn by the government...Wow is that democracy at work...better claim and frame it because they’re not done ...

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water they have unleashed their next diabolical Trojan horse bill. The Banning of people under 16 from being able to access social media and to really stick it to us they’ve responded to their loss of the MAD bill by trying to eliminate any public input into this new proposal. 24 hours was the time frame announced for public submission to the 5 day senate inquiry being held.

This disrespect of the public input say’s it all, in fact it was put to a vote in Parliament (initiated by the Greens) to defer this bill to allow for public consideration and input but both wings of the bird voted it down and agreed to rush it through.

This bill is a Trojan horse for bringing in the Digital ID for all, all on the guise of protecting our children from harmful content and online predator influence. We all recognise that social media is a place where inappropriate content can be found, but rather than banning all social media from under 16’s outright there must be other methods of controlling of filtering access to it through algorithms etc.... Their certainly is an argument for scrutiny and some solutions to be looked for and encouraged, perhaps a lot of that needs to start at home, but a blanket big brother control approach is likely to encourage kids to use VPNs to participate in an unregulated online environment, rather than making online spaces safe.

But we can all see through the smoke and mirrors to the real intent, this bill is a Trojan horse to create the need for digital IDs, which is a giant leap into the totalitarian dystopia depicted in "Black Mirror," and already in place in China. Somewhere none of us want to go and only good for those who want to control... So we must continue on with this fight and pushback and resist all the way.

Trust in GovernmentTrust in Government after Covid reached a new unprecedented low.

Perhaps less than 50% of the voters have any trust in the Government now.

After the plethora of MAD-information put out by the previous Government over Covid it is not surprising.

Government abuse of the trust placed in it by the people naturally vaporised as lie after lie was revealed by independent researchers and journalists, the very people the Government’s MAD bill is seeking to censor.

While the current Government may indulge in the delusion that they were elected on their merit, the truth is they just happened to be the benefactors of a process in which the previous Government was hounded out of office for their complete incompetency, lies and manipulations of facts.

No one in Australia voted for Mr Albanese to become PM. He just happened to be the leader of the opposition at the time of the election and then found himself to be PM. It was then incumbent upon him to prove to the people of Australia that he was trustworthy, willing and able to put the interests of Australia first. So far, and his term in office is nearly up, his track record is not looking to good.

The recent performance of the Albanese Government in limiting the time for public submissions to one week and then one day shows an abysmal disregard for the opinions of concerned Australian citizens. That the content of these submissions was online censorship and use by minors makes that abysmal disregard all the more acute and a slap in the face for any who might have been willing to trust this Government just a tad. Hence the current

Government’s score sheet for rebuilding trust in Government is zero, and edging into the negative. Rushing to confirm the AUKUS deal without any debate or discussion of any kind was a huge mis-step for rebuilding trust in the Government. A move which has disenfranchised many traditional labour voters and deepened Australia’s dependence of the dying Empire of the USA.

With much talk recently by war hawks in the West of being ready to go to war in a few years time Mr Putin has just demonstrated the means by which Russia could annihilate the Western powers in a couple of days, but Albanese is only listening to the CIA spooks who believe in American exceptionalism and the superiority of their military and cannot accept that Russia could do what they have just demonstrated they can do.

Just in case you missed it, Russia just delivered right on target one hypersonic missile to Ukraine. These missiles can be fitted with nuclear warheads and they cannot be stopped by any current defence system..

Aligned Council of Australia

ACA have templates & pro forma letters and addresses ready to go, they are suggesting because of the significance of this bill we should continue to barrage the pollies with submission so please read and participate, we have proven we can make a difference so lets not drop the ball in extra time.

The Minister for Communications, Michelle Rowland has announced that the MAD Bill will be withdrawn from the government agenda. The Bill is officially dead in the water. Without doubt, we have all contributed to this outcome, an incredible effort by everyone! Congratulations to everybody for their efforts against this Bill, I hope you can take a moment and acknowledge what has been achieved.

There's no time for slouching though as they say, the government hasn't quite finished with us yet.

Last week the Social Media Minimum Age Bill 2024 went through two readings in the House and Representatives, and is ready to be sent to the Senate where a vote is scheduled for Wednesday 27 November. This Bill looks likely to pass as it has bipartisan support, and just this afternoon, Sarah Hanson-Young of The Australian Greens indicated she would support the Bill with two amendments. She has previously indicated she would oppose the Bill.

We need to throw everything we have at this Bill. It is clearly a trojan horse for some form of digital ID (the government has not yet made it clear which type), and as for keeping our kids safe - that is the job of parents and guardians, not the government.

We have two options to help with connecting with your MPs and communicating your concerns about this Bill.

Please share this with 3 people. We need to inundate our Senators with our concerns. This fight is not going to be easy, but it's one we need to take on. Our privacy and free speech depend on it.

Port Hedland Council Notice of Motion

Movement is afoot to get our local Councils both Bega Valley and Eurobodalla and perhaps others as well to move similar motions to Port Hedland’s motion calling for a halt to the mRNA vaccines due to the discovery of extremely high levels of DNA contamination, also writing to the Prime Minister, the Premier and state & federal health Ministers to seek clarification and action regarding these disturbing findings.

Given the scientific research that has exposed this contamination has been duplicated with similar results having been found in many different locations across the world and these findings have been endorsed by many eminent Scientists, professors and professionals within the field who all agree to this high level contamination, you would think any sane person or authority would be absolutely alarmed given the harms this contamination can and evidently is causing and yet our Australian regulator (TGA) who initially said there was no DNA contamination at all, now admitting to some but not a lot are calling this evidence misinformation, without scientifically assessing it.

They are belligerently refusing to carry out the most comprehensive up to date best practice study techniques to analyse it, ... Why the hell not? Is it for fear it will reveal the inadequacies of their outdated discredited studies... Moderna themselves have stated the technique the TGA are relying upon doesn’t stack up ... But oh no TGA think they are a law unto themselves...really!

We all know these regulators don’t like to be held to account at the best of time ... but when they are trying to defend the indefensible, when many people have been hurt and many lives have been lost and it still continues, in the words of one prominent WEF member “ Those days are over” accountability is coming, we cannot allow this to continue un checked not now that we know and the evidence is there for all to see...

This is the time for all who have been made aware particularly our leaders within our communities starting at the coal face with local councils to step up and demand answers..

It looks like we have two councillors in the Bega Valley willing to make this stand and I am sure when the others get an understanding of what is really going on they will also want answers and be on the right side of the ledger...

We have connections to possibly three councillors in Eurobodalla who are somewhat awake to this dystopia and we’re planning on speaking with them soon..

I have to admit that they have all been sent info and follow up info via emails and texts and yet no responses but clearly the “one on one” or “face to face” approach is the best way to go and once they do get an understanding then it is very hard to not support such requests for the well-being and safety of their constituents...

Anyway, watch this space, very pleasing to be dealing with councillors who are the real deal and not afraid to take on board uncomfortable information.

We are having a BBQ BYO lunch at the Lions Park BBQ area at Jiguma Beach, next to Pambula beach on Sunday the 8th from 11 am and if the weather is inclement then Jody McKenzie has graciously offered her house to have it in at Mirador Merimbula, but I am sure we will be blessed with the best and the day will be a hoot, same venue as last year.
